It runs your desk and tracks everything that passes through it. It schedules like a Hollywood assistant and updates your calendar upon your approval. Plus, it tracks everything relevant — every script you forward, every person you meet, every call you owe, every intel you receive — all filed with a date and a source, without you needing to manually log it.
What it doesn't do is the part that was always the point. It doesn't give notes, decide what's good, or build your relationships. It helps you so that you can go do that.
Only what you send it. Every HeyARIA assistant has its own email address; it isn't connected to your inbox and can't read it. It sees the email you forward or CC it on, and whatever you text it.
It never sends as you, and you're copied on everything it sends (unless you turn that off).

Many times, the reason assistants stall out isn't that they're bad at the job; it's that the job eats the hours they'd need to learn the business. HeyARIA takes that part so that time goes back to reading, meeting people, and giving notes.

Yes. HeyAria LLC is a registered U.S. company with a named founder. The calendar integrations passed Google's and Microsoft's app verification, HeyAria LLC is a Microsoft-verified publisher, and we meet Google's Limited Use requirements. We'll sign a DPA with enterprise clients.

Yes. HeyARIA works with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and your IT can scope access so the HeyARIA assistant only ever touches the mailboxes you name. Enterprise clients can have the assistant email from your own domain instead of heyaria.cc. We also provide 1-1 onboarding for enterprise clients, and we can help figure out how we work with your current system or workflow.
